The SP12E Slide-in Pickup Sprayer is an excellent choice for the farmer, rancher or any commercial pesticide applicator that has need for a simple and dependable sprayer that will easily mount in most any 1/2 or 3/4 ton standard or flatbed pickup. This sprayer comes with 12 diaphragm type nozzles for instant shutoff, spaced on 30" centers. The booms are also "height" adjustable and the spray rate is calibrated by speed and nozzle tip size. Boom extensions are available to extend the sprayer swath from a 30ft. swath to a 36ft. swath.
12 Volt Pickup Sprayer
The SP12E pickup sprayer is very quiet when in operation because of the industrial type, twin 12 volt electric pumps. One pump supplies the left side of the sprayer and the other pump supplies the right side of the sprayer. Each side can be used individually when need be, such as spraying ditches, etc. Also, a very simple and easy system to trouble shoot.

Unique Pickup Sprayer Design
This sprayer is lightweight, however rugged enough to take some abuse when encountering obstacles while spraying. The SP12E pickup sprayer is designed to take acceptable abuse when spraying areas such as pastures that can have a variety of obstacles. In the event the boom hits an object, maybe a targeted object such as smaller trees, the boom will swing back, simultaneously rising till it clears that object.
After clearing that object, the boom returns to it's normal positioning, without interruption to spraying.
On occasion, the built in design of these booms can be a very handy feature when accidently driving a little too close to an object, such as a fence, or some other obstacle.
Safety switches are included in the design of this sprayer which disconnects power to the pumps when the booms are positioned in the travel position, so it's impossible to accidently turn on the sprayer while in transit.
The gas filled cylinder pictured above is used in the design of this sprayer, cushioning the return of the boom, restricting the continual swinging after clearing an object. Also notice the boom pivital post is unlatched and positions out 45 degrees, causing the boom to be centered by gravity, when in use, a design that has worked very well with this sprayer.
Included with this slide-in sprayer is a handheld control panel that can be placed inside the cab of the truck and the unit itself is simply connected to the battery power source of the vehicle.
The SP12E-200/300 Pickup Sprayer can be ordered with either a 200 or 300 gallon poly tank. There is also an option for a hand sprayer.
